Adding Request Filter rule not working

description

Reproduction: Go to Host > Host Settings > Advanced Settings > Request Filter Settings >
Check "Enable Request Filters?" and try to "Add New Rule"

I fixed this in "\DesktopModules\Admin\HostSettings\RequestFilters.ascx.cs" adding "cmdAddRule.Click += new EventHandler(AddRule);" inside OnLoad(...).

Nightmare of every developer translating from VB.NET ... Handles :)

(BTW I submitted few patches concerning different issue, but they are still pending review, please review them).

Buttons fixed editing top of the "\DesktopModules\Admin\HostSettings\RequestFilters.ascx" to
<asp:DataList ID="rptRules" runat="server" OnEditCommand="EditRule"
       OnDeleteCommand="DeleteRule"
       OnCancelCommand="CancelEdit"
       OnUpdateCommand="SaveRule">
